High Mountain Honey is a multi-floral product greatly appreciated. The varieties of flowers are: rhododendron, bellflower, sainfoin, clover, raspberry, wild thyme.

The mainly presence of rhododendron means that our honey is fine and delicate both to the nose and the palate. To these fragrances are added to the alpine meadow flowers aroma.

This method, which has very high costs of operations, consists in to follow the various blooms in spring and summer literally moving the combs with the families of bees.
