Use our truffle cream on any dishes your fancy suggest to you. It's particulary suitable for all kind of risotto, noodles (typical piedmontese" tajarin "), gnocchi, ravioli, fried eggs, raw meat salad on the albese way.


Direction for use, for all firs courses take a small frying-pan, melt some butter or cream, add a teaspoonsfull of truffle cream a head (plus some leaves of sage at will), amalgamate the whole and pour out it on the hot dish or even better, saute it in a frying-pan.

For raw meat salad amalgamate the truffle cream with oil and lemon.


Preservation, as cream is vegetable product with no preservatives or food dyes, once you have opened the jar, cover it with a thin level of oil and put it into the refrigerator. Using this kind of precaution, it will be possible, keep it for a few weeks.
